Just two rules apply:

1. ALWAYS include a category for your post or else it will not show up on the site.

2. NEVER delete a category.

To Create a new blog post:

1. Login

2. Hover on Blog and click on Manage Blog

3. Click on New Post

4. After writing, click on Categories tab on the right hand pane

5. Choose the category you would like this post to be under

6. Click Publish Post

7. Give yourself a pat on the back
